CONCIO studio is the culmination of years of collaborative development between siblings and principals, Luis and Francisco Sanchez. Their combined expertise has previously yielded projects such as Casa el Rosario and Luis’ renowned DTLA apartment, and now they have joined forces to establish this new design studio.
As a Los Angeles-based team of visual artists, architects, and interior designers, our Mexican heritage deeply informs our work. We specialize in creating unique spaces that authentically reflect your personal history and cultural background. Our approach artfully juxtaposes diverse elements and influences, resulting in environments that feel both familiar and refreshingly new. LUIS ➔ CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Luis (@donborsch) is the Co-founder and Creative Director of CONCIO Studio, where he brings together his background in digital marketing, his love for design, and his narrative approach to interiors. His work and the community around @donborsch reflect a design ethos shaped by his connection to Mexico and the spaces he has created for himself.
With CONCIO, Luis expands from designing his own projects to creating for others, transforming his personal explorations into a focused practice where design and storytelling meet with intention and character.
PACO ➔ ARCHITECTURE
With over 25 years in construction, Francisco Sánchez has led complex projects for clients like Disney, Apple, and CBRE. His background shaped his ability to understand a space through its structure, history, and purpose. After leaving the corporate world, he set out to create something of his own, combining his technical experience with the creative vision of his brother Luis.
That vision became CONCIO Studio.Francisco’s strengths in planning, cost control, and team coordination form the operational core of the studio. His approach brings together rigorous planning and execution, keeping design, construction, and storytelling aligned. For him, CONCIO is a place where precision and aesthetics work with intention.
AMY ➔ INTERIOR DESIGN
Amy Gudino is a Mexican-American interior designer shaped by her life in Chicago, Barcelona, Florence, Milan, and now Los Angeles. Her international background fuels a design sensibility rooted in emotion, perspective, and personal narrative.Her experience in studios like Pablo Molezun and Simón Hamui taught her the power of collaboration, research, and shared vision.
At CONCIO, she blends conceptual thinking with a deep respect for each space, combining tools like SketchUp, Rhino, Photoshop, and VRay with an intuitive, emotionally driven approach. Passionate about restoration and transformation, Amy gravitates toward projects that honor a space’s history while opening the door to new possibilities.

JP is the Producer at CONCIO Studio, where he transforms the team’s architectural and artistic vision into visually rich and emotionally resonant stories crafted for today’s digital landscape.
Beyond his work at the studio, JP has built a growing digital community around his film analysis content, which has taught him how to engage audiences quickly and meaningfully. He translates cinematic language, rhythm, atmosphere, and narrative depth into intentional, agile content that elevates each project’s identity and brings CONCIO’s creative vision to life.
